How much do you charge?

You receive between 63% to 80% of the final auction amount depending on the sale price of the item.

Do I have to bring it in before you will auction it for me?

Yes. Typically we ship within 24 hrs. of payment and need it on hand. In addition many times questions from the buyers can be only answered by viewing the item.

What if it does not sell?

If the item does not sell the first time out it will be re-listed at a lower minimum bid, at no cost to you. We will review the photo, ad copy, auction competition and listing category to see if any changes are needed. If it doesn't sell after the free re-listing the item can either be picked up or donated to charity and you get a tax-deductible receipt.

What can you sell for me?

The list is almost endless. However it must have an expected value of $200 or more, be 150 lbs. or less and be within UPS's size limits and legal for sale on eBay (no counterfeits, hazardous materials, etc.) Larger, heavier high value items are taken on a case by case policy and must be discussed before these items are brought it.

How long does it take before I get a check?

Typically your receive your check before 30 days of when you drop off the item. Checks are issued on the 1st and 15th of the month for items which have payments which have cleared the bank.
